Allison gained broad experience in the mental health field working at Green Oaks Psychiatric Hospital as an intake specialist and crisis interventionist. She is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University with an MA in Counseling and attended the University of Texas at Dallas earning a BA in Psychology. She is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. She offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Children respond best to play, so toys, games, and art is incorporated into the sessions. Adolescents benefit from a combination of talk and interactive therapeutic processes such as illustrations or art. Adults enjoy the serenity and confidentiality of the talk therapy room. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
