Danielle Ganze is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Allison Lambert, LPC-S. She has been married for 25 years and has three children. Danielle spent the first half of her career in education, mentoring young adults, working with families in crisis, and supporting families adjusting to the unique needs of their children. Through all of this, Danielle came to realize that her passion was helping others to build healthy relationships with themselves and their loved ones. Her life experiences, personal journey as an adoptive parent, and education in clinical mental health have allowed her to develop a unique perspective and insight that she brings into counseling. Danielle’s approach is to come alongside her clients in a way that is free from shame and judgment while creating a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment, where clients can freely explore and share thoughts, ideas, goals, and needs.
As your counselor, Danielle will encourage you through this process and help you get a fresh perspective on issues that may be hindering your progress. Among her areas of expertise are helping clients suffering from anxiety, difficulty with life transitions, spiritual abuse recovery, identity formation, building stronger relationships through trust and communication, parenting difficulties, understanding the unique needs of gifted children and parenting children with ADHD, behavioral concerns, and other neurobiological differences.
Danielle offers a personalized approach to each client and their unique needs. By drawing on techniques that are the best fit for each client such as mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), rational-emotive behavior therapy (REBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and existential therapy, she provides an environment in which clients can develop themselves, build healthier relationships with others and improve their overall mental health.
LENGTH OF TREATMENT:
Length of treatment is very difficult to predict and it depends on many different variables. Every individual possesses unique strengths and weaknesses, and each concern is different from the next. It is my goal that each client will finish therapy in a timely manner, without unnecessary use of time or money.
